1 Disability Parking spot, front door, treatment room, and disabled bathroom all easily accessible on ground floor. The front door can be heavy, if we're not expecting you phone ahead should you require any assistance.

Upon entering our quiet airconditioned office, you will find a small waiting area, if you arrive early and find it unattended please wait here, your therapist will collect you momentarily,

HOW TO PREPARE

 

In preparation for your massage treatment, please allow sufficient time to arrive and park. Wear suitable light clothing and attire. Bring with you any important information that may relate to your injury including medical scans where appropriate.

 

Most massage treatments are hourly or half-hourly. Depending on your needs, you may choose to arrange a lift home especially after a deep relaxation massage which may make you feel a little drowsy.
